Just great and once again a lovely example of how to paint a wash

I agree, lovely use of watercolour.

I agree with Michael and Carole, super washes resulting in a fine watercolour.

Hi Michael, Carole and Val, I've come to love to paint animals these days, but I always think i should put some message in it. I love watercolour. Such a nice medium!!

Surprised this hasn't received more comments. I think it's delightfully painted.

Hi Paul, Thank you. These days, I've come to like using flat brushes. It is so much fun. This piece, I just used flat brush.

I borrowed this Orangutan's photo from NewScentsit magazine. There were some Orangutans in Al Ain Zoo. One day, When I bought Winsor & Newton, Transparent yellow, I was so excited to paint Oranugtans. So I went Al Ain Zoo to take photos and paint. That was almost 3 years ago. Unfortunately, Orangutans cage were empty. A staff said they were transfared to Egypt. I'm not sure exactly true or not. Since then, Transparent yellow hasn't been touched at all. I don't know how to used this paint. The big title, Why are Orangutans oragne? NewSceentist magazine's photo gave me a inspiration. Happy Ttansparent yellow!!!!
