I looked out this morning and saw it was raining which reminded me of the dreadful floods earlier in the year. This cartoon came to me and I did wonder if it was a bit insensitive considering the devastating experiences of so many - but then I thought: 'Well we're British and if we can't laugh in the face of adversity.....!' Some advantages to being made made of concrete and Cedric is okay - at least he can fly!!
