Striking work Michael, almost has a spiritual element, with the cross like design.

Thanks to you both for your kind comments - I have a bee in my bonnet at the moment about the under representation and appreciation of abstract art here n the gallery - just hope it picks up a bit. Strangely it seems, abstract art appears to be more popular in many of the local galleries selling more easily and for higher sums.

I have noticed the switch in local galleries to more abstract work over the last few years. Like any form of art there is good and bad abstract work, I do wonder if much of the current trend is just for decorative purposes?

Not sure I'm qualified to comment, as the attraction of many pure abstracts escapes me, but I find this an exciting image Michael and I guess that's what its all about in the end. Well done.
