Best of luck with the exhibition Michael , I like this it's lively and colourful I would be tempted to add a figure , a couple of birds or a car in the foreground .

Thanks both. Yes Dermot - another figure would enhance the painting but out of time - it was done in such a rush and now about to depart for Barrow.

I'm doing an exhibition in the town for the month of November - hanging tomorrow - so I though ought to do a local scene - I wasn't entirely comfortable with this (not one of my best I must say) as I had to rely on a photo provided for the purpose. I much prefer working from my own material.
