Thanks all - the red brick in the middle of the building really is quite 'bright' but wished I had played it down a tad as I have in the past.

That's the trouble with spires Michael. Looks really good, even with that portion of the church showing.

I seem to be forever painting this iconic building - this one a trequest for a painting to include the church which is not easy as the spire reaches up forever so only a bit of the church as a compromise
