Ive very recently discovered a new bit of artistic kit which is already proving invaluable to me but im sure most of you will already know of it and think im just a silly amateur having not explored its value until now. Im talking about gesso. The smoothness it gives my canvas is a perfect support for the kind of work i do. Im as pleased as punch.
