It's a beauty Michael, I find watercolour so tricky, hats off to you for producing a lovely painting

Really good Michael.

This is superb Michael. It glows so beautifully and the colours merge exquisitely.

Absolutely brilliant, such a beautiful piece, lovely colours and you have painted it beautifully . Hope you are pleased with this Michael, no need to be self critical of your achievement with this one as there is nothing to criticise.

Yes, well done indeed Michael. Had you not told us, we’d never have guessed this medium was unfamiliar to you. I look forward to seeing more.

Beautifully painted Michael.

Amazing watercolour, Michael. I hope you use this medium more often!

I echo Lew's comment - no one could have known this medium is unfamiliar to you, you have an aptitude for it.

I very rarely use water colour but since the master painted the original in water colour I thought i could hardly use oil. I enjoyed painting it. It is already dry which is one of the great positives of this medium ofcourse and I found it abit easier going than oil. I was able to use some glazing a mere 5 to 10 minutes after the previous layer. That's unthinkable in oil. I might do more watercolours and more turner watercolours. Its enjoyable.
