The purity of a child's prayer by Michael Hanrahan
I've often thought the only heaven that could work is one filled with children, unless adults could receive some miracle of enlightenment. Children know nothing of money nor power nor sexual satisfaction. All the things which potentially corrupt most adults. The priorities of formal education are absurd. The emphasis on academic excellence. Completely wrong . My niece daisy is severely dyslexic. She's 11. She can hardly read either numbers nor words yet has won school awards for her kindness.
