Thank you very much Petra, David and Kirstie, for your lovely comments. I usually do not copy other artist's work but I liked the subject so much and I did make my own version by changing the background and the technique.

A few months ago, I bought her latest book. Because I like to draw and paint old farmhouses and barns, I was attracted to one of her paintings in the book. I made my own version by changing the background a little bit. I made a pen drawing and added colour with coloured pencils. What do you think? All comments very welcome.
