Lovely line and wash -Happy New Year to you too

Merci Mia pour les jolies fleurs et Bonnes fêtes de la fin d’année !

Happy New Year to you Mia x Lovely pen and wash!

Beautiful! Happy New Year to you too Mia :)

Delightful sketch Mia, happy New Year and best wishes for a creative 2019.

I love the elegance of this Mia - great work.

Happy New Year Mia, all the very best for 2019 😀

Thank you all so very much. I really enjoyed drawing this. Pen and wash is my favourite technique. Satu, no offense and thanks for the good wishes in French, but I live in the Flemish spoken part of Belgium (northern part and the coast). Of course, we speak French (if we have to!!!), but normally it is Flemish (related to Dutch).

Sorry Mia, I’ll have to study Flemish for next year then!

Is that a promise? I will remember that, Satu (lol).

Love this simple, curvy little sketch. It shouts out for attention Mia. Happy New Yearto you too.

Gelukkig Nieuwjaar Mia! Hope it’s full of good surprises for you.

Thank you very much for your lovely comment, Carole. Dankuwel, Fiona, I appreciate! I hope the same for you too.

One of the few phrases I know Mia, my brother married a Flemish girl and has lived in Belgium over 45 years now. Near the Dutch border, a place called Kinrooi. X

Well, well, Fiona. Isn't it a small world. All the best and till 'next' year :)

Thanks Mia for showing us your lovely delicate pen drawings. Happy New Year to you too.

Thank you very much, Carole?

And painted in the style of Ikebana too - elegant simplicity at its best. Stunningly painted, Mia!

Thank you very much, Seok. I appreciate.

As said great Pen & Wash Mia.

This is again an Ikebana composition using a Stabilo Point 88 watersoluble pen on creamy cartridge paper. Size A4. Also, I wish everybody on POL, artists and staff, a very happy and creative year 2019. All the best :) Mia
