The Day The Sky Turned Yellow
This scene was inspired by a view near where I live. The sky was an unusual pink/yellow colour which I was going to try to recreate but the yellow took over and became the main colour in the painting. I painted it with scrapers, plastic knives, pallet knives and cloths as well as brushes to add texture. The dimensions of the painting are H60xW50xD1.5cm.
