This painting was inspired by a scene near where I live in Co.Wexford in the south east of Ireland. While I always get my inspiration from the Irish landscape I do like to experiment with colour and texture and let the painting dictate the next move as it progresses. This textured scene was painted using twigs, cloths, scrapers, plastic knives and pallet knives as well as brushes. The dimensions of the painting are H40xW40xD2cm
