'Railways' was squashed like that on the real thing - we all make mistakes!

Interesting comment about the word ‘railway’ being squashed in comparison to the rest of the signage. Sign writing was a skilled craft, with the odd example of human error occurring. I suppose there are a few practitioners still doing it by hand.

Are these old paintings or are you knocking them out every day? Very near my home BTW.

I finished this one today Rod! It's taken around ten hours and I paint all day when I can. I've got three exhibitions coming up so I need a stock of new work.
