Made me smile - that's got to be a big recommendation for any painting. And on more mature reflection, the painting is so warm: it would cheer you up whenever you looked at it.

Thank you all for your comments-most of what i am painting is for my wife. But her family insist I paint for a wider audience and have started a website for me www.amicusursa.co.uk to create portraits of childrens favourite cuddly animals. Ive not been painting long, 18 months; so appreciate your views, and dont feel too much of the affront to my masculinity that im painting this subject but will continue to develop my style.
