Makes me want to visit. A fascinating view of an old village.

Hi Mark, I have to admit this is my favourite view of St Oswald's, and for composition it cannot be beaten. Most people take the view with pen-y-ghent in the background, but this has been over-utilised and like you this is my preference. So much so, I insisted that some of our wedding photos were taken with this aspect of the church and the lychgate in view. I notice a bit of artistic license with the gravestone also... :-)
