The cranes in Bristol Floating Harbour, wonderful perspective laden structures to paint. I rounded the corner from the Arnolfini and caught this lovely light with deep shadows. I was forced to sketch around here when I was a very self conscious art student in Bristol, now it is such a delight. On Millford paper and Daniel Smith watercolours the artwork is 50 x 50cm.
