That looks lovely. I wondered how long it would be before we saw a picture! The rocks look interesting to paint - I love the texture you’ve created.

I see you'r still using your water based oils, Marjorie, to great effect. These small paintings are tricky little suckers, but you've caught the mood of the place very well. The suggestion of the background town or village is subtly done, and the sea is nicely understated. I immediately thought of the Little Mermaid. *smile* Bri

Thanks all! Brian, I haven't used these oils for ages but they are easier to travel with. Nice to see you back by the way. Janet, the rocks here ( and everywhere in the Canaries) are volcanic and not very colourful. But if you look closely you can see pinks and ochres...just. To be honest. I think the sky needs a bit of work, maybe later.
