You have done this well Manus, it does look complicated where the flow of the river changes at the far side. I also like your trees, beautiful and calm scene.

You have certainly captured the flow of the river, worth more than a fish for tea imho !

Really like the stillness of the water and the reflections.

This is one of my favourite places to fish The weir built above Hillside distillery presents a barrier to salmon travelling up river to spawn. It also presents a challenge to local artists due to its scale and complex shape. When the fishing is poor its always nice to have an alternative activity (painting) to while away the hours.
