Glacier chaos (fast and loose)

You're making it harder to spot Malcolm (signature).....you've captured what I imagine to be the vastness of a glacier, can you actually feel and hear it moving?

Yes Fiona the glacier is vast and at times seems endless, when you are walking through it were it is flowing downhill, once the sun hits it there are bits of ice and rock falling all the time and also at times you can hear it especially at night if you are camped close to it. I wish I could truly paint the vastness that my photos show, I keep thinking I am going to try a good size watercolour one day. The rough parts can be so distorted it is like walking up and down little hills and valleys of ice and stone with bottomless crevasses here and there an amazing place.

Sounds beautiful and terrifying at the same time.

Good representation Malcolm. I for one would not be on my feet for long walking on this.
