This is a painting done from one of my trips to the Karacoram mountains, I have just found this in a portfolio while sorting things out. We had climed to the top of a morraine ridge while on the walk in and came across this briar rose similar to the ones we have back home, could not resist a sketch and photo, then did the painting at home, I also used the photo in one of my charity fund raising talks to a local Gardening society.
