Horse and Farrier Inn Threckeld. pen and ink sketch
This use to be a lovely unchanged old inn, which since I did this scketch has been taken over and modernized inside and has become more of a dining experence than a good old fashioned pub, but it is very popular. Threckeld is in the Lake Districk and was on the main road to Keswick untill they built the new road and bypassed the village, but that has the benifit it is now a nice quiet place most of the time. I did this sketch from the car park across from the Inn.
