You still have the feel of underwater Malcolm, especially with the cast light from the surface again. I think number one is still my favourite.

Thank you for that Fiona and I must agree with you the more I look at them, the more I like the trial, I think I did that in a far more open frame of mind and started to get tighter afterwards.

I like the surface reflections here. I also lean towards the trial version Malcolm.

Thank you Diane, yes I think all I am doing is slowly blinding myself to what I really want to achieve, I may use this one and over paint as one last effort then move one, but thank you for your comment it confirms general thinking including my own, but I believe you show the good with the bad because I know you get honest constructive criticism from folk on here.

This one is done on paper as opposed to the canvas board I did the first painting on, the drowned village of Derwent under the Ladybower Reservoir. I have changed the lighting effects on this one for better or worse, all observations welcome.
