Your detail always is outstanding. What I wondered was how you achieve the dot like appearance of the face, neck and hair. What medium do you use Marilyn? An intriguing, beautiful style and so beautifully accomplished.

This is a “painting” of a 17 year old Italian girl. The reference did not have patterned fabrics but I went on my usual detailfest! It’s a bit of a tribute to my favourite artist, Pablo Jurado Ruiz. Unfortunately, the mauves in the photo have turned into greys which is frustrating as the original is more colourful.
