Thank you Sylvia. I do use photos - mostly my own - but I find the bird drawings I do from photos can be a bit stiff.

I don’t find using your own photos a problem Margaret , I donalso, though wouldn’t use anyone else’s. But these on the spot , spontaneous sketches are lovely and wouldn’t have been the same from any photograph.
