thanks to both of you. Have to confess that it isn't what it was intended to be. The actual painting does have a little bit more of what I was looking for but it didn't achieve what I wanted. Signs of a rusty brush

first attempt for some time and , perhaps , a little ambitious for the occasion. Was trying to capture evening light on an early Autumnal day. Very much a wet into wet plus glazes to get it started. Indian yellow seems to have dominated and appears even more dominant after taking photo
