Don't know if you wanted criticism or not - but while the hedgehog is supremely well done, I think a little more work should be put in on the hands: those are very long nails. Two reasons not to pick up a hedgehog, while we're at it. One is quite obvious - you don't want involuntary acupuncture. The other is - fleas. They're invariably alive with them, and if you pick one up you'll soon be infested too.

I agree with you about picking up hedgehogs Robert. In the original newspaper pic the handler wore rather some rather nasty looking rubber gloves, hence the hands were from my imagination. You are right the nails are really grotty.
