Caught my eye Lynne an exciting piece that works well.

Yes a good idea to use the photo as a memory rather than referring to it constantly. I have also started to do the same, making a sketch then relying on the memory of the moment. Would like to see the entire picture when it's done. Thanks for sharing.

This is fabulous, Lynne. I know what you mean about painting in this way being exhausting. So very true! I actually find painting is always exhausting, not relaxing as so many others find it! Hope we get to see your finished work on this one!

Lovely work Lynne , and from imagination is hard , I do a lot of imaginary Paintings and it's not easy so 10 out of 10 I think.
