I like your thinking Lynne and it has worked so well……a style I would like to adopt myself. I start with good intentions, then fiddle! This is a beautiful painting, the palette especially stands out.

This oil is similar to my last painting, but for the softened, fall colors. My goal to simplify my palette, to mix just the right value and make one stroke per value be true.
