Love it, love it, love it! Great colours!

This is beautiful Louise, great colours and composition,

Louise, you are so talented! This is again beautiful!

As usual, Louise, brilliant - I'd love to know how these ideas get from your head onto the paper!!

I think your paintings are so interesting I can look for ages at the little houses and the trees. I can also see that you could make two paintings out of this if you divided down the middle. Twice the price when you sell! Haha

Many thanks Stephen, Petra, Mia, Ann and Carole. Carole, I have actually divided paintings before. Perhaps you remember a couple I posted here called Water meadows 1 and 2 ? They were originally one painting that I wasn't happy with. I cut it in half ! One of them is in a gallery window now. Result :} This one is too small !

Love this, Louise. You have inspired me to try something different.

Great Style Louise! Think the little houses top right are floating in mid air though? What do I know ;-)

Yes, you're absolutely right James ! I saw that as well ! I think that it's the yellow block of colour in the centre that's caused that to happen. Don't think it matters though as the whole thing is imaginary and more of a pattern. I think that I'm more concerned with the shapes and colours in these types of paintings. Any perspective has gone. My excuse is to say that it's "dream like " :} Thanks for looking closely and for your comment. It's always good to hear views.

My pleasure Louise - sometimes these niggling things we spot afterwards can drive us mad I suppose! Isn't that right Vincent?

Another great one, Louise. Your works have a real phantasmagorial quality to them.

These paintings are evolving and getting more dramatic. You are developing this theme so cleverly. Each one gives so much food for thought and so much to look at and appreciate.

Thanks Seok and Thea. Seok, love that word "phantasmagorial", I had to look it up in the dictionary! Fantastic word ! Thanks again.

love this one too !

I think you are the queen of the Top Ten list this month!! Really well done - you can see how attractive people find your paintings and that must give you a real boost.
