Love this type of scene especially with people in them. Great work.

Another super piece, Louise - your use of varying shapes and warm and cool hues is just excellent!

Thanks Derek, I appreciate that as the people were a struggle and were painted over, washed out and blotted at rather a few times!

Thank you Seok as well. I'm feeling happier with this one already!

Great work Louise, the 'washed out- blotted at people' work well!

Another great composition Louise

Great movement in the figures, I think its helped if they had to be redone several times, I also like the bold blue building. I think I can see my old van too!

Many thanks Debs, Michael and Kevin, not the merc then? lol

You have done well with this complex scene Louise. Are the two foreground figures a little large, compared to the nearby car?

I do like your street scenes very much Louise and this one is not an exception, great addition!

Possibly Stephen, it's not a merc then, something a lot smaller or even big people. Too late now!

Confident, bold and your use of strong colour and shapes perfectly describes the solidity of city buildings. I like the slightly hazy figures which have an air of movement about them. Love your cars.

Thanks Thea and thanks to Stephen for pointing out the largish people. I've managed to reduce the red lady's round shape and she looks a lot smaller now!

Another great addition to your cityscapes Louise!

Looks like your ladies are on a mission Louise......I love the central light coloured building and the dry brush work throughout, another great city scape.

Lovely streetscene Louise, great colours

Great street scene Louise. The cars are fab and I like the two figures as they have dynamism. This seems to be slightly more detailed and I think it works - especially with the cars.

Super street scene, you get better at these Louise.

Love it - your usual direct and uncompromising view of how things actually are (which is of course how YOU actually are).

Thank you Christine, Fiona, Ros, Joseph, Carole and Kim for your encouraging comments which you know by now, I appreciate greatly!

Nice one, Louise. Love that blue building and the figures
