Signal Box
This was built at a time when even such a functional building was designed with a thought for the overall aestethic and effect on the eye. It would only ever be seen by people passing on a train, and yet the overall look of the building is very pleasing - well, the original anyway. This is acrylic on canvas board. It's sort of a companion piece to my seaside pier kiosk painting.
