Golden glow

Just gorgeous Steph.

Really terrific work Steph, but if you'll forgive the comment, I feel it's missing something as a focal point; a figure, or somethng to cast a shadow ( maybe from the window bars?) It really is fine work, but it needs finishing. Hope you don't think I'm being negative, just honest as I see it. Jim.

I love all the colours in the painting but I agree with Jim, it would be nice with a figure or something added.

I did and still do feel that there was something missing but I didn't want to add a figure wanting the empty echoing feel that those places have to come across in some way. But it has just occurred to me that adding a bird that is just wandering across the floor near the window might add to that effect. Now to go look for the painting, no easy task lol Thank you for your lovely comments and constructive critique, I really do appreciate it.
