Well, I was certainly drawn to it, so I should say it works - I was a little uncertain about those huge rocks in the foreground, but then if that's what's there.... The important thing here is the overall colour theme, and of course the subject: if you give the painting the title you have given it, you've got to get the windbreakers right, and you have.... they work well with the warm colours of the sand, the flesh tones, and relative cool of the sea and sky - that blue parasol on the left is a nice touch, picked up throughout the painting.

20"x20" acrylic on canvas. Not sure about this one, whether it works or not? Another one on the same theme as my recent beach scenes
