This looks so peaceful Linda. Lobe the use of the leading lines pf the river.

Thank you Carolyn. It is a beautiful place to paint but, unfortunately, I had to leave before I completed the painting because I was starting to get invaded by flying insects. Fortunately I remembered to take a photograph to enable me to complete this at home.

Thank you, Seth. A footpath runs along here to the pretty village of Alfriston. The church is 14th century and known locally as 'The cathedral of the downs'.
