I had recently seen lots of sand eels under the pier in Teignmouth and as they are a staple food for puffins I decided to paint them, (we don't have puffins in South Devon sadly). I drew the lighthouse and boat and pasted them on to try a different effect in my work. Thus a deserted 'ness' and a happy puffin :)
