I love boat paintings Les and this one is a really good one! It feels like I am at the top of the steps looking down with the anticipation of boarding the craft. The warms and cools are handled very well and balanced . I like the way you have described the water and textures. A clever, well constructed painting. Nice one

Really enjoyed painting the light in this composition. It was bought soon after completion by a gentleman who owns a property over looking the Pier and felt the painting represented the view he has whenever there is a sunny day.
