Chamois

Hi Derek, this is a really nice painting! Did you use the grid to render your drawing? The colours are well chosen, though could be darkened in places a little to give depth, for instance on darkest stripes of the coat; the horns are well defined and I can see you have made sure to show the highlights and rings that are seen on them and the shadow they cast is shown. By the way, I think Jenny Hill's article was in the August issue of LP(!) Glad you enjoyed painting the Chamois! Anna Pateman.
