Roger Blackwell sent in his version of Bob's project saying: 'I used Faber-Castell Pitt Pastel pencils and Stabilo CarbOthello pastel pencils on the smooth side of Canson Mi-Teintes pastel paper (75 lbs.) 16" x 11". I preferred to isolate the timber wolf against a plain background but with some indication of the environment; attempting also to give the appearance of a "lean and hungry look" and a lower viewpoint. I enjoyed this project and the challenge of depicting fur to look natural'
