Not sure if there have been many articles about cockling in leisure? (you can use mine as an example) I intend to try & soak this paper and stretch it next time, but I fear it will be a wasted exercise! (keep you posted) I like the brilliant white of the paper for Pen & wash, and the only other heavier smooth white paper I have come across locally is Bristol Board! Jay http://www.ukjay.co.uk

Pen & Wash Windsor & Newton water colours (sketch box) by James Lazzari. A4 180 gsm sketch pad paper (hence the cockling) I intended to keep the watercolour not too wet but got carried away & forgot about the cockling effect (yet again). I enjoyed the project challenge & it was a bit of fun for about one hour this evening! (instead of TV).
