Loch Ness

Wonderful colours in this- I particularly like the way each colour can be found in different areas of the painting- it makes it very harmonious. The paper you've used gives a good texture- very good for the foreground and middle distance trees. Great hill shadows.

Thanks, Ros for kind comment. The paper is a cheap 230gsm pad from "The Works" stationers (disclaimer). Would probably be better if stretched, but seems ok for dry-brushing. Intend returning to 300 or 400gsm for larger pads, from different makers.
