I’m not fond of acrylic & thought about attempting it in watercolour or gouache so it’s nice to see someone has managed it successfully. I’m going to have to get an easel before I try though (bad back, need to stand).

Iris Green sent in her still life saying: 'I thoroughly enjoyed doing this project. I don't usually don't do the projects, always say i will but never get round to it. (been buying the magazine for about 3 years). I copied my image onto 140 lb. cold Press heavyweight paper, i wasn't sure how well acrylic would work so I painted my painting with watercolours, started with light colour first, then the blues and added darker shades last.'
