Nicely painted Jean, good range of tones and the shadows work well.

You handle watercolour very well Jean. all your washes are clean and fresh even when you over paint colour. The main thing that you could have improved on is the sky. It just needs more interest. A stronger patch of blue in top left-hand corner would counter balance the dark reflection. Because you have a close up view of the buildings they could have just a few more details. Using a rigger, hint at the tile work on the roof areas and weather board on the white walls. Define the walls in the shadow areas with a few lines. Use and dark brown for the colour. Don't over do it though. Would love to see the end result Jean.
