Beautiful work Lea. Is there a link to the book?

Thank you for your kind words, Alan ! I really appreciate it. The painting base I always use is cardboard, which I prepare according to the recommendations for painters from the end of the 19th century ( “A Compendium of Painting” Jacques Blockx )

What a wonderful compliment.Thank you very much, Heather !

I agree with you Carole, dandelion is a common weed, but...many people also believe that blowing on the "head" of the flower will grant their wish (folktale)

My painting technique is mainly based on my own research, which concerns the relationship between color and light. I experiment in the field of composition. In my research as a painter, I base my work on scientific publications dealing with the theory of painting. An important reference for me as a painter is the book "A Compendium Of Painting" by Jacques Blockx from 1926.
