Lovely crisp glow to your snow, Pat. The dark trees stand out really well against the white and the path leads you into the painting. Nice one!

Hi Pat Ros P here, just seen your great comment on my oil painting of climbing boots, thanks for that very much appreciated, that was a rare one for me an oil painting , they are complicated things to do and then let dry so I think it will be a while before I do another, meanwhile, I love this snow scene of yours, very inviting path in the woods

When I see your acrylic postings of snow, I am tempted to give up the watercolour struggle as I love painting snow and it is that much more difficult in watercolour. Yours are really atmospheric.

Although we have had enough of snow for 2013 I like your comment. There is a box of watercolour paints untouched in my studio somewhere. I am too busy with acrylics and water mixable oils.
