Good and tricky perspectives here Lesley

Love the perspective of the bridge in this very lovely painting Lesley.

I love perspective of this, Lesley.

I like this Lesley and you certainly painted it from a difficult angle but successfully. You have some really nice paintings in your gallery . I think we learn a lot by teaching ourselves to paint and it’s fun in the process.

I’ve stood in the same spot Lesley! However, I wasn’t brave enough to tackle the bridge. Brilliant perspectives and well painted.

Thankyou Heather, Carole, and Ellen, it was a very difficult perspective, the use of a ruler was helpful, the viaducts were odd as the stone was orange instead of the greyish outside stones. Not an easy one but good fun..

Thankyou Paul, it's certainly great fun, creating memories, and experimenting with different mediums.

Thankyou Fiona, it was the bridge as is or get in with the paddle boarders, without a board. ..lol... Lovely place

Perspective superb Lesley, well done!

Thankyou so much Carole,

Part of Loche Ken, visited before finding our way to Galloway Forrest.. I've painted this in acrylics, on A3 acrylic paper. I added slightly different colours to brighten the area as it seemed a little dark under the very old bridge.. a popular place for paddle boarding..
