Detlev - Thank you! This was a challenge in a true sense. The source ref. presented the birds with very little light/dark. Most of what is here, I used Artistic License to create. (as I often do)

From a painting challenge where the ref photo was provided. Quite a bit of work, as there was little contrast in the forms. I took a lot of Artistic License. Orig.size appx.9x12" ArtRage Digital Oils.
