Another nice painting Michael

I like how you have handled the mixture of architecture, nothing specific but you know it's a jumble of buildings.

I couldn't do a painting like this Michael, as I would want to try and paint each building. This is great.

Thanks Gudrun. Sunderland is a deprived area and it's fortunes have fluctuated over centuries. I'm here because my maternal great grandfather (jolly sailor) sailed from the Isle of Wight to Sunderland and met a local girl. I didn't ask to come here, or anywhere else come to that. It was their fault.

This is a great subject Michael and you have done it proud.
