Bee and Thistle 1
For World Bee Day. Ink on mixed media paper. Photo taken last year at Fotheringhay Castle, on top of the mound. There is a tale that these are Scottish thistles that have only bloomed there since Mary Queen of Scots was beheaded. It’s an appealing story!
