Terrific loose work Karen. Boats always do it for me. Nice work.

Lovely loose watercolour, and super washes.

Lovely work Karen, there are paintings everywhere we look the problem is seeing them!!!

Superb painting, Karen...and it still is a beautiful boat, so interesting to see the bones of them, so to speak! More evocative and they speak to you...love it!

It needs to be rescued from neglect - perhaps your painting will push someone into doing it.

That looks super Karen, it probably was a lovely boat in it's day, so sad when they are left to rot like that.

Lovely work, Karen, and a fine piece of preservation. I'll echo the others by saying I hope it's rescued one day. What is it about boats? Love 'em. Brian

Lovely colours, love the way you have painted the boat.

Super work! Love the washes and colours.

I pass this boat every week on the way to visit my mother in Fremington. It’s moored (abandoned?) and rusting just outside Bideford on the way to Instow, and I always wonder about it ... it must have been a beautiful boat in it’s time!
