Great loose feel to the watercolour

Thank you all for your kind comments. I am doing a series of Venice paintings and will be posting one every couple of days or so. Stephen I think the galleries and print companies are waiting for me to produce lots of street scenes and portraits - I will let you know when this develops.

Your trademark velvety darks are instantly recognizable Joseph, beautiful. Must admit I can't quite work the shadows out, but that does create tension in the work, I keep returning to try and fathom them out.
